CELT generally follows the course planning and training process below:

• Ten minute meeting with each potential student
• Assess current language skills – Council of Europe Level Placement Test
• Identify training needs
• Group formation
• Assign and locate appropriate teaching materials
• Assign suitable trainer
• Establish lesson schedule and location
• Inform student of start date and location
